Please read these terms carefully before using the pkik platform. This document establishes the basis of the agreement between you and pkik.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services and products of the pkik platform ("Platform"). By visiting the pkik website or opening an account, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using pkik's services.

General Provisions
pkik is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated specifically for users in Bangladesh. Where these Terms exist in both English and Bengali, the Bengali version shall take precedence.
By accessing the pkik platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. The terms "user", "you", or "member" used in this document refer to any person registered on pkik.

Account Registration and Management
3.1 Registration Process
To create an account on pkik, you must provide accurate personal information. If any information provided at the time of registration changes, you must notify the pkik support team promptly.
3.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to pkik immediately. Sharing account details with third parties is strictly prohibited.
3.3 Account Verification
pkik may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawal facilities may be restricted until the verification process is complete.
3.4 Account Closure
You may close your account at any time. Equally, pkik reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in the event of a breach of these Terms.
Deposit and Withdrawal Rules
4.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount on pkik is ৳200 (per method). Accepted deposit methods are bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits via any other method are not accepted.
- Deposits typically take a few minutes to be processed.
- Deposited funds must come from a mobile banking account registered in the user's own name.
- pkik does not accept deposits made through third parties.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals are processed via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket — preference is given to the same method used for the deposit.
- Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
- Withdrawals may be held if the wagering requirements of an active bonus have not been met.
- pkik may delay withdrawal processing for additional verification if necessary.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000; depositing ৳12,000 earns a bonus of ৳5,000 (the maximum limit), bringing the total balance to ৳17,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the deposit. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before the bonus winnings become withdrawable.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; expired bonuses are cancelled automatically.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after wagering is complete.
- Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will be considered a breach of these Terms.
- pkik reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers without providing a reason.
- A bonus may be claimed only once and is subject to the rules stated at the time of the offer.
Gameplay and Betting Rules
6.1 Game Operation
All games on pkik are operated through third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, and Ezugi). The outcome of each game is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and is fair and transparent.
6.2 Bet Cancellation and Disputes
If a game or bet remains incomplete due to a technical error, pkik reserves the right to cancel that bet and refund the relevant amount. In the event of any dispute, pkik's decision shall be considered final.
6.3 Sports Betting
pkik offers various markets for sports betting. The odds offered are subject to change and may be updated at any time before an event begins. If an event is cancelled, bets placed on that event will be voided and the staked amount will be refunded.
Responsible Gaming
pkik places the highest priority on responsible gaming. We believe gaming is a form of entertainment and should never be a cause of financial difficulty.

Prohibited Activities

In any circumstance, pkik's maximum liability for a single incident shall be considered equal to the amount held in the relevant user's account at that time.
Changes to Terms
pkik reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, pkik will endeavour to notify registered users as far in advance as possible.
Continued use of pkik after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms. If a user does not agree with any change, they may close their account.
